Tax Audit & Investigation

Tax audit and investigation are enforcement measures to ensure compliance with tax legislations and can take place even without any suspicion of or actual wrong-doing.   • Provision of named Company Secretary in compliance to Section 235 of the Companies Act 2016 (“the Act”)
